Wellness Retreats

Work can be incredibly stressful. And with that stress we can start to disconnect from ourselves, each other, and what is truly important to us. Our wellness retreats focus on establishing a space of reconnection. We use a blend of somatic practices and spiritual exploration in order to work towards the goals you have as a team. You will find yourself leaving with a sense of purpose and drive, and also a new set of skills that will elevate your team to the next level.

Potential Activities

Based on your team's needs and interests, we offer a variety of activities to engage and de-stress. We may work in partnership with other professionals to support you. Some options include:
